What you pay for

Four meters. Everything else is free.

Two things draw down your balance: the tokens a model consumes and a small fixed fee per tool call. If you build apps, their builder time and hosting do too. Everything else — members, agents, connectors, schedules — is free.

Tool calls

Each time an agent uses a connector tool, for example reading an email or creating a calendar event. Some tools are free. Each tool's price is listed on its page in the connector reference.

Model usage

Charged per million tokens at the model's price, listed below. Cached input is cheaper when a prompt is reused. Choose a model per agent or per chat and weigh capability against cost. Details in the model reference.

App hosting

€0.10per app per day

For every app with a published version, whether it is open to your team only or to the public. Apps you have not published cost nothing to keep. No traffic or visitor fees. How apps work is described in the apps guide.

App builder time

€0.50per hour

While you build or change an app with the App Builder, for the environment that runs its live preview. Charged by the minute. It stops by itself 15 minutes after you stop working. The builder chat itself uses tokens and tool calls like any other chat.

Good to know

Do I need a card to start?

No. Every new account starts with €1.00 of welcome credit. Add a payment method only when you want to top up.

How do top-ups work?

Pick an amount between €5 and €100 and pay with a card through Stripe. The credit lands on your balance as soon as the payment completes. Each user can top up €100 per day.

Is VAT included?

Prices are shown without VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address, and you can enter a VAT ID for your business.

Who can top up?

Admins of the billing account. Billing has its own members and roles, so someone can manage payments without access to your agents and chats. Top-ups are made on the web; the mobile app shows your balance and history.

What happens when credit runs out?

New chats will not start and scheduled runs are skipped until you top up. Published apps go offline on the first day their hosting fee cannot be charged, and come back by themselves within a few minutes of a top-up; admins are emailed about a week and three days ahead. Nothing is deleted, and your agents pick up again as soon as there is balance.
