Tunori documentation
Tunori gets your tasks done with AI. You describe what you need in plain language, as you would to a colleague, and an AI agent does it, using the accounts and tools you have connected.
There are no flowcharts and no workflow builder. If you can write the task down, you can automate it.
How it fits together
- Chats are where you work with Tunori and where agents report back. Every run of an agent, including the ones that start on their own, leaves a chat you can read afterwards.
- Agents are reusable AI workers. Each has a name, instructions describing its job, an AI model and the tools it may use.
- Integrations are the accounts you connect, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, Xero, Notion or Slack. Connect an account once, then switch it on for the agents that should use it.
- Triggers and schedules start work without you: at a set time, or the moment an email arrives in Gmail or a file lands in a Google Drive folder.
- Skills are reusable instructions, such as your house style or how your invoices are laid out, that any agent can use.
- Apps are small web applications, such as dashboards, forms and internal tools, that Tunori builds for you from a chat and hosts at an address of their own.
Everything belongs to an organization and is shared by its members.
What a task looks like
Tasks are written as ordinary sentences. For example:
When I get an email with a PDF invoice, save it to my Drive in a folder for that year and month.
Every weekday at 7am, email me a rundown of today's meetings with the attendees and Meet links.
Every Monday at 8am, email me the overdue invoices in Xero with the customer, amount, and how late they are.
Each of these is an agent with instructions, plus a schedule or a trigger.

Staying in control
- You decide which tools each agent may use, and you can require your approval before a tool runs. See agents. Organization chats use every connected tool without asking, so use an agent when you want a check first.
- Roles decide who can change what: viewers can only look, editors can build, and admins also manage connected accounts and members. See teams and roles.
- Usage is paid from prepaid credit in euros: the AI model's usage plus a small fee per tool call, and for apps their building time and hosting. Nothing runs when the balance is empty. See billing and credits.
