Teams and roles

Everything in Tunori belongs to an organization: agents, chats, skills, integrations and apps are shared by its members rather than owned by one person.

When you create your Tunori account you get an organization of your own, in which you are an admin. You join other organizations when someone invites you, and you can create more yourself. If you belong to several, switch between them with the organization menu at the top of the sidebar.

Creating an organization

Open the organization menu and choose Add organization. Give it a Name and pick the Billing account that pays for it: one you administer. The new organization starts with you as its only member and admin, and its usage is paid from that billing account's credit, next to your other organizations on it. If the organization should have credit of its own, first create a billing account in Billing and pick that one. You can belong to at most 10 organizations. Being a member of an organization gives no access to its billing account: to let someone see or top up the credit, invite them on the billing account's Members tab.

Roles

Each member has one of three roles:

An organization always has at least one admin, and admins cannot change their own role.

Organization settings

Admins open Organization Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. Under General they set:

  • Organization name.
  • Default AI model: the model new agents and new organization chats start with. Each agent and chat can still use a different one. Leave it on System default to follow the model Tunori recommends. See models and pricing.
  • Default app builder model: the model new App Builder chats start with. Only Advanced and Frontier models can build apps.

Inviting people

In Organization Settings, open Members and choose Invite member. Enter the person's Email address and choose their Role, which starts at Viewer. They get an email with a link that expires after 48 hours.

The person opens the link and signs in, or creates an account, with the email address the invitation was sent to. A new account also comes with an organization of its own, as every account does.

Pending invitations are listed with when they expire, and you can Cancel one before it is accepted. To send a new invitation to the same address, cancel the pending one first. Past invitations are listed under History.

Changing roles and removing members

The Members list shows everyone in the organization. Change a member's role with the role menu in their row. To remove someone, choose Remove and confirm: they lose access to the organization at once, including its apps, and this cannot be undone. Invite them again to give them access back.

To leave an organization, ask one of its admins to remove you.

Billing

The organization's usage is paid from the credit of its billing account, whoever does the work. See billing and credits.
