Billing and credits

Tunori has one package, Pay as you go: you pay with credits, not seats. You hold a balance in euros and it is drawn down as your agents work, so adding people to your organization does not by itself cost anything. See the pricing page for the overview.

Your balance and history are under Billing.

What you are charged for

Two things:

  • Model usage — the tokens each run consumes. Every model has its own prices for input and output tokens, shown per million tokens in the model picker and in the model reference, so you can weigh capability against cost when choosing a model for an agent or a chat.
  • Tool calls — a small fixed fee each time an agent uses a tool. Most tools cost €0.01 per call; some are free. Each tool's price is shown on its connector's page in the connector reference.

Getting started

New accounts get €1 of welcome credit, along with a billing account and an organization. No card is needed to start; that is enough to build something real and see what it costs before deciding.

Topping up

Open Billing, pick the billing account and click Top up. Choose one of the preset amounts or enter your own, between €5 and €100, and you are taken to Stripe Checkout to pay by card.

  • VAT is added at checkout, calculated from your billing address. You can enter a VAT ID for your business. The amount you chose is what lands on your balance; the tax is on top.
  • The limit is €100 per user per day (a rolling 24 hours), across all billing accounts you belong to. A checkout you opened but did not finish counts until it expires, about 30 minutes.
  • Only billing account admins can top up. Editors and viewers see the balance and history.
  • The credit appears as soon as the payment completes, usually the moment you are sent back to Tunori. If your payment method takes longer to confirm, the purchase shows up once Stripe reports it.
  • Top-ups are made on the web. The mobile app shows your balance and transactions and links you to the web to add credit.

When credit runs out

A chat needs at least €0.01 of balance to start. If your balance is too low:

  • New chats will not start.
  • Scheduled and triggered runs are skipped rather than queued. See triggers and schedules.

Nothing is lost — topping up lets the next scheduled run proceed — but a run that was skipped does not happen retroactively, so it is worth keeping some headroom if you depend on automation.

Transactions

Every charge is recorded in the transaction list, showing whether it was token usage, a tool call, a purchase, an adjustment, or your welcome credit. This is where to look if a month cost more than you expected — it shows which runs consumed the credit.

Billing accounts

A billing account holds the balance and has its own members and roles, separate from your organization's membership. Someone can manage billing without access to your agents and chats. See teams and roles.
