Account and sign-in

Your Tunori account is personal: you sign in with your email address and password, and the same account works in the web app and the desktop app. Through it you can belong to several organizations.

Creating an account

1. Choose Sign up on the sign-in page and enter your Name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
2. Open the Confirm your email address email and follow its link. It confirms your address and signs you in.

You cannot sign in until your address is confirmed. Signing in before that sends you a new confirmation link.

Every new account comes with:

• An organization of your own, named after your first name, in which you are an admin. Rename it in Organization Settings; see teams and roles.
• A billing account with €1 of welcome credit, so you can try Tunori without a card. See billing and credits.

Accepting an invitation

When someone invites you to their organization, you get an email saying you have been invited to join it, with an Accept invitation button. The invitation expires after 48 hours.

The link opens a page where you Sign in, or Create account if you are new to Tunori. Use the email address the invitation was sent to: an invitation only works for that address. If you are already signed in with another account, the page tells you to switch.

• Once you are signed in, accept with the Join button, which shows the organization's name.
• A new account is created with Create account & join. Confirm your email address first: the confirmation link brings you back to the invitation to join.

If the page says the invitation expired or was cancelled, ask an admin of the organization to invite you again.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password. If you turned on two-factor authentication, you also enter a code from your authenticator app. Forgot your password? See password.

Switching organizations

If you belong to several organizations, the organization menu at the top of the sidebar lists them. Pick one to switch to it.

Your menu

The menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar has:

• Theme: System, Light or Dark.
• Security (web app only): your password and two-factor authentication.
• Log out: signs you out of this browser, and of every app built with Tunori that you are signed in to.

Sending feedback

Send feedback in the sidebar sends a message straight to the Tunori team. A screenshot of the current screen is included unless you untick it, and you can Send anonymously.

Changing your details or deleting your account

Your name and email address cannot be changed in the app, and an account cannot be deleted there. To have your details corrected or your account and data deleted, write to privacy@tunori.com, as described in the privacy policy.
